Breeding

The 1980's saw the introduction of the North Americal genetics into the herd and the drawmatic increase in production.  The herd is highly commercial and bred with functional type cows.  

Awards

Brookbora received the Gold Award for ten consecutive years followed by the Platinum Award in its inaugural presentation year of 2006 and each year since.  

Nutrition

Particular attention is paid to nutritional balance, pasture and supplement quality, effective use of fertiliser and water together with overall herd health to ensure that the maximum profit can be achieved.
