Located at Tennyson in Northern Victoria, Brookbora Jerseys is owned by Robert and Sandra Bacon together with their children Michelle 20 and Daniel 16.  The third generation to manage the property, Brookbora Jerseys was first established by Robert's parents, Norm and Margaret Bacon in 1964.  The 96 hectare property carries around 240 milking cows and all replacement stock. 

Based Elenko bloodlines, the use of artificial insemination and herd testing were important in the formation of the herd that exists today.    The herd is highly commercial, bred with very functional type cows and the ASI average is in the top 5% of herds nationally.

All young stock are reared under the calf accreditation program, JDCAP, the herd status is non assessed and EBL negative.
